Dreams
It is dark in the jungle
Tiger jumps, his eyes on fire
Snake hisses, green and sleek
It is hot in the jungle
And I am the prey
I want to jump across the glaziers
And fly over pyramids
Circle the purple clouds
And hide beneath the coconut trees
I want to taste the golden sand
And drink the Nile until its shallow
Scoop up the diamond shells and hide them in my pocket
I want to inhale the flames of hell
And come back safe and sound
Dive into the deep ocean
And shake hands with silver fish
I want to hide in a bubble and float around heavens
Dance with angles and hold hands with daemons
Bite into Eve's apple and spit out the pits
I want to burry my secrets and dig out new ones
Walk on water and sleep above the rainbow

to dream blue dreams and wake up every day with a smile on my face.
